The client wanted lots of information on screen rather than having to click here and there to bring up the various tables and forms.

The database holds details of hardware items, their location and the names and addresses of the engineer responsible for them. Other forms allow the user to maintain a description of the asset and the various personnel involved in supporting the customer. The command bar is the principal means of navigation.

Application Example Screen

The system generates an annual quotation from a Word template. This document can be previewed on-screen (within Word) to allow the sender to make amendments.
