Contract Capture 1

This form was used to track contract data where a customer decided to change their electricity or gas supplier. The address and meter numbers were cross checked against a large database called The Utility Register in real time and any anomalies were immediately flagged up to the user.

The interface was designed for rapid keying; at its busiest the database was receiving input from 25 operators.
