Privacy
Customer's personal information will not be disclosed except in strict compliance with the Data Protection Acts. Contact details will never be transferred to a third party for marketing or other unwanted purposes. The details held by ACCESSible IT in connection with the grant of a licence to use the Rainbow Diary ™Diary will be
- Name of the company
- Contact name of person who will administer the diary
- Name of the department where the software will be installed.
- Telephone Numbers and email addresses
- Payment details
Security
Full Access security can be implemented to prevent unauthorised persons from adding, deleting or amending data in the diary. The Access 2003 version has been digitally signed using a certificate issued by Verisign as proof of provenance. Furthermore, all the software is supplied in the form of an 'mde' file which means that the VBA code in it cannot be tampered with.
Reliability
The Rainbow Diary ™Diary will perform as reliably as Word or Excel; data will not be lost or corrupted so long as good computing practice is followed and regular back-ups are taken. Needless to say you must have an up to date virus checker installed on the PC.
The Rainbow Diary ™Diary is designed to work with Access 2000, Access XP and Access 2003. As long as the latest service packs have been installed then the Rainbow Diary ™Diary can be installed and used immediately.
